I saw Rachel recently for removal of a suspected BCC extremely close to my eye, due to my age (young) it had not been noticed until it had developed. Rachel was calm, reassuring, caring and very patient! She described in detail the operation, the expected results and the after care plan. Rachel is very personable, takes time to know her patients and genuinely cares. The resultant scar that I have been left with is barely noticeable; something which I just had to 'trust' Rachel was right with her judgement on...
