From entering the hospital everyone from the cleaners, reception, catering, nurses, surgical staff and the consultants were wonderful. Every part of the surgery was explained, any concerns were sympathetically addressed and I was left feeling reassured. I was worried about having sedation as a previous time in the NHS I was fully aware of the procedure and responded poorly midway through, this time the anaesthetist was very understanding and ensured I was comfortable throughout. This was my second surgery here and both were great, I would most definitely recommend the hospital to anyone needing their skills.
