Dear Mr Milner, I wanted to drop you a line to thank ALL your staff that were involved in my recent operation and care at Sulis Hospital. From the initial greeting and pre op registration I was made to feel relaxed and confident in what was for me quite a daunting prospect! I'm afraid I can't remember all the names but the anaesthetist and his team, Mr Burwell, theatre and recovery teams, nurses, physio's and even hospitality all made me feel very comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble and everybody made the effort to reassure me and keep me fully informed of what was going on.
