In addition to enclosing the feedback form, I though that I would add my grateful thanks to all concerned with my recent stay (August 13th to 15th) in Sulis Bath for a right hip replacement operation performed by Mr Harvey Sandhu. Everyone who dealt with my care showed kindness, compassion, understanding and knowledge. My stay could have not been bettered. Please pass on my thanks to the operating, nursing, physiotherapy, catering, portering, cleaning and maintenance , administration teams and all others who made my stay comfortable. I am truly grateful to you all.
