I'm rubbish with names so sorry that i have forgotten. The practioner I dealt with today was superb! it was like visiting an old friend. She clearly explained the process and spent time to ensure that I fully understood what we were doing. We went throught the necessary checks and at no point was there any awquardness. She was friendly and her customer service was some of the best I've received in a clinical setting. She is a credit to the organisation. She was engaging and had a vigor for the job that was beyond admirable. I wish that everyone had the opportnity to be that happy and engaged witht their work.
