How to book your appointment: 

• At your NHS GP appointment: Request to have your blood test at Sulis Hospital (if required).
• ICE system entry: Ensure your GP enters the request onto their electronic ICE system
• Call to book: Speak to our friendly advisors on 01761 422299 to book your appointment.

Clinic Times:  Tues and Thurs 3:30 pm to 7:30 pm. Saturday, 9:30 am to 1:30 pm.

Please note that phlebotomy services are available to adults only (over 18).
