The care, professionalism and kindness that I received at Sulis Hospital recently as an NHS patient for my hip replacement surgery was outstanding. The staff were all exceptional and spent time to reassure me and respond to any concerns that I had. Thank you Dr Rebecca Leslie, anaesthetist, for acknowledging my anxiety levels and taking such great care of both my physical and emotional wellbeing. Nursing staff were always immediately at hand and I never felt at any time that anyone was too busy to look after me. Hospitality was excellent for recovery with beautifully presented food and a range of iced drinks.
