I had spinal surgery yesterday 8th December. Absolutely fantastic. From first consultation to surgery. I was treated like a VIP not just a number. Everyone I came into contact with was friendly, kind, knowledgeable and had a smile. Nothing was too much trouble. Very relaxed atmosphere. Clean pleasant building. No one was rushed. Cafe lovely. Mr Nicholai was very thorough, he explained everything that was going on with my back and explained my surgery well. Answered all our questions in ways we understood. He gave us time and listened. I appreciated him calling me at home couple days before surgery. He reasured me and was again eager to answer any questions and anxieties. My surgery went well.
