I cannot fault any of the day staff, absolutely wonderful I would also like to add that my stay from start to finish at the Sulis Hospital has been wonderful - for both knees. All my concerns and worries were dealt with with kindness & support. The theatre were fantastic, all of them worked so well as a team and I couldn't fault anything. The kindness & care shown to me from the min I was taken into the operation was the very best possible. Danielle looked after me so well, and showed me so much compassion at a nervous & slightly embarrassing time - just brilliant. Mr Heaton explains everything not only to me but my daughter & put me at ease both visits (2 knees ops) I cannot thank you all enough from the tel calls leading up to op and throughout. If there was anything (which no biggy) the night staff were stretched - due to sickness so I was a little reluctant to press buzzer for meds & toilet, thought about going to the loo on my own but knew it would cause so much paperwork etc if I should fall. Thank you all at the Sulis Hospital & if I ever have to recommend a hospital to anyone, it would definitely be here every time
