I am incredibly impressed with the service received at the Sulis. From the reception staff right through my whole stay, including my outpatients appointment, I could not fault the respect and Care I received. It was actually quite shocking. Everybody I looked at smiled it’s obvious they enjoy working at the hospital. The atmosphere is calm The ambience is just right it, I felt like I’d arrived at her smart hotel in reception rather than a hospital. I also can’t believe that I saw a consultant one day and had a phone call the next to book my day surgery within a month. The whole experience of the actual surgery was also incredible, all the staff were so calm and friendly and put me at ease even passing me warm blankets! I really can’t praise you enough and as a nurse, it’s just so encouraging to see NHS care being given so beautifully. Thank you.
