Samera Bhatti is an experienced, enthusiastic, and approachable musculoskeletal specialist with over 11 years of experience in the field. She has helped numerous patients with a wide range of musculoskeletal complaints and has a particular interest in ergonomics, health, and wellbeing.
Through her work, she has supported many organisations and workers in addressing their welfare needs.
Her focus is on providing pain relief and safeguarding the long-term health and wellbeing of her patients by optimising their overall function and performance through rehabilitative care.
This includes improving posture and alignment, as well as strengthening de-conditioned muscles through targeted exercise. Her approach ensures patients receive the best available evidence-based healthcare.
She also encourages positive lifestyle choices and regular spinal check-ups to help maintain good health.

Samera is qualified in dry needling (acupuncture), an effective treatment for patients with more complex pain patterns. She has a strong interest in sports injuries and holds a qualification in kinesiology taping (fascial movement taping). In addition, she has completed advanced training in muscle testing and functional movement patterns, which she applies when treating sports-related conditions.
Alongside her clinical work, Samera is a qualified radiographer and serves as a Lecturer at Cardiff University, where she teaches Radiology and Functional Management. Her other professional interests include Neurology, Radiology, and Geriatrics.
Dedicated to lifelong learning, Samera regularly attends postgraduate training courses both in the UK and abroad to stay up to date with the latest research and clinical guidelines. She is a member of the British Chiropractic Association and the Royal College of Chiropractors.
Samera’s ongoing goal is to support individuals and communities in preventing chronic musculoskeletal conditions such as neck and back pain, as well as other issues arising from poor posture, suboptimal ergonomics, and sports injuries.
