Dr Watson is a Consultant Anaesthetist with advanced training in pain management and intensive care medicine.

He is dedicated to transforming pain management through innovative care, interdisciplinary teamwork and compassionate leadership - specialising in Interventional Pain Treatment.

Dr Watson is currently the Clinical Lead for the Bath National Pain Centre, overseeing several national services, including the National CRPS Service, the Complex Cancer Later Effect Rehabilitation Service and Bath Centre for Pain Services - one of the UK's leading residential rehabilitation centres for complex pain.

Dr Watson has expertise in medial branch blocks, facet joint injections, dorsal root ganglion/spinal nerve blocks, lumbar epidural injections, caudal epidural injections, transforaminal epidural, nerve blocks, trigger point injections, large joint injections, genicular nerve blocks /radiofrequency denervation, greater trochanteric bursa injections and greater occipital nerve blocks.
