He has also trained abroad in Australia with Dr Leo Pinczewski and Dr Mervyn Cross, and in the USA with Dr Richard Steadman. The three doctors are the most eminent knee surgeons in the world.

Neil's true love is surfing, and he has been lucky enough to travel the world in search of great waves.
